The short version: it costs you nothing upfront, you keep 60%, we only get paid when the store sells, and you can buy it outright whenever you want. Here are the details.

Nothing upfront. We build and maintain the store, cover the Shopify fees, and pay for all of the advertising. We're only paid through our 40% share of the revenue — so we only earn when you do.

Because we take 40% of what the store earns. That's the whole model. We're betting our own money — the build, the fees, the software, and every ad dollar — that your products will sell. If they do, our 40% pays us back and then some. If they don't, we've lost that money and you owe us nothing. It's not charity; it's us taking the risk instead of you, in exchange for a share of the upside.

No. Plenty of the people we talk to have products but have never built a store. That's the part we handle — the storefront, the product pages, the checkout, the apps, and the advertising that brings people to it. You don't need to learn any of it first.

Then you don't need another website — you need someone to run it. We can take over the store you have and handle the advertising, the optimisation, and the day-to-day growth work under the same 60/40 model. We'll tell you on the call whether we'd rebuild it or work with what's there.

No. You might be selling on a marketplace, through retail or wholesale, on social media, or not selling online at all yet. What matters is that you have a product that can realistically sell through Shopify, and that you can supply it and ship the orders that come in.

No. Adding a Shopify store doesn't put your marketplace accounts, retail relationships, or existing website at risk. For most people it's simply another channel running alongside what they already do. If you'd rather shift focus away from a channel over time, we can do that at your pace — only if and when you want to.

You do. You handle the shipping and the product itself. We run the store, the marketing, and the day-to-day operations, and you fulfil the orders that come in.

We handle the refund inside Shopify, and you handle the product side — sending any replacements or managing the returned goods. It's the same clean split as everything else: we run the store, you manage the product.

That's up to you. Shipping time depends on your own shipping rules, since you handle fulfilment. We'll display your shipping policy clearly on the store so customers know what to expect.

Normally about three weeks. We spend week one on the marketing plan, week two building the store and setting up ads, and by week three you're up and running — with your first payout in week four.

Revenue is split monthly: you receive 60% and we keep 40%. Our share covers the work we do, the ad spend we fund, and the Shopify fees we cover — so our incentives are fully aligned with growing your sales.

Yes, anytime. You can purchase the website and ad accounts whenever you want, for a fair price that's substantially below the store's valuation. There's no lock-in — the option is always on the table.
